This website nowarinukraine.org is set up to collect signatories for our open letter. We can be contacted at privacy@nowaronukraine.org

We collect personal data when you sign up as a signatory. This includes your name, and optionally organisational position and email address.

The data collected is used for the purpose of publishing your signature, and we may send email updates if you have opted in to this.

Children should not provide personal data without the consent of an adult.

This website does not use cookies.

We do not share your personal data with any third parties.

We retain your name for the purposes of publishing your signature, and email address if you remain subscribed to email updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of the email.

If you have provided us with personal data, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.

You have the right to request rectification of any mistake in your personal data, and the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data.

We have taken standard security measures to protect the data we store, including strong passwords, and two-factor authentication where relevant.
